Challenge: Accelerating the process of sending an email

How fast could we make the process of answering an email? What if we promised to allow you to do it in just two clicks, with a file attached?

Our solution starts with redesigning the inbox. Emails would show up bigger, like in a social network feed. We set up a scrolling option that would allow the user to read the email, directly on the inbox, without entering the message. Preset messages would be located in the inbox directly below the text. This facilitates the access of two actions in one single page: reading and selecting a preset-answer.
